20 days into 2010… The positive aura is still there.. and I’m trying my best to make use of it, though I still fail miserably in trying to be positive at times.

I suddenly have the urge to close this site down. I no longer have the interest to write anymore.. Something in me is missing. And I can’t seem to find it anywhere..

Hah! My blog is finally up and running! YES! No more fucked up hosting! the long and painful process is finally over. Along the way i lost quite a few things:

FIRST,
2 of my posts went missing. i don’t remember what i wrote already, i wrote them 3 days before the hosting company informed me when they will be transferring.. so my guess is they didn’t back up the latest database for transfer. It’s okay, it’s just 2 posts. My blog can go on without the 2 posts.

NEXT,
my EMAILS went missing. I couldn’t even login to the web based client anymore. that’s when i raged! WTF, you’re telling me 2 years worth of emails gone missing man. No, i absolutely can’t tolerate that. And NOT only that! The emails became NON-EXISTENT! BUGGER! Anyway, I made a whole lot of noise, they’re gonna recover all my emails for me. I mean, technically, it’s as easy as taking the stuffs from 1 server to another server. HOW CAN THEY MISS OUT THE EMAILS?! !@$#@#$@#%

So yeah. Then I decided that my blog needs a change. The old banner don’t work anymore. HAHA. Everytime I look at it, it makes me feel even more depressed. Cos I don’t seem to be moving to the brighter side of life at all. I spent the whole of yesterday (please dont tell my boss) searching for a new theme! and THEN, i installed the theme. Guess what? Obviously it didn’t work lah.

So I consulted a few people, and these people were apparently too BUSY to reply me. !@#$@#$!@#@#$ Then I consulted Marc. At first there was some some donno what error (doh, i kenot remember lah). He found me the solution despite being busy trying to finish off his work (but you still ended up doing OT anyway ). But after that everything in the page screwed up.. so in conclusion, it was because my wordpress version was too old. I mean it was at least 2 years old. LOL.

Anyway, it was time to go back for dinner.. so, i just left it as it is. So, today! i figured out how to upgrade my wp! and thank God, i didn’t screw up anything. After upgrading it, the theme miraculously worked!

So yeap, i’m all done now! and IF the hosting screw it up again, i SWEAR i will KILL them. It took me a lot of blood and sweat trying to configure this thing ok.

Ah, 3pm on a Friday afternoon. I wanna go eat my lunch
