Kuala Lumpur – The Prime Minister announced today that the fuel price will hike up by 78 cents/litre.

blablablabla, I was just practicing what I learnt in Journalism class some 4 years ago. haha.

Damn it.. thanks to 1 statement made by the country’s leader, so many people had to suffer. Everyone with a fuel consumption vehicle have to suffer, everyone have to pay 78cents more per litre, I bet today the most used thing is a calculator. Everyone is calculating how much more they have to pay each time they pump a full tank of petrol.

But that’s besides the point. Coincidentally, 80% of Klang Valley’s population suddenly realised that their car is running outta petrol. Suddenly everyone rush to the petrol station and line up on the 100-cars-queue just to pump till the last drop of petrol that costs 78 cents less per litre.

What the heck laaaaaaaaaaa. I’m not against people who wanted to pump one last time of cheap petrol, but for God’s sake, do you know how many petrol station I passed by from my office to home? And thanks to people, I queued for nothing. They all queued for a reason: to pump petrol. Because of their queue, they caused massive jam even at 10:30pm. And I queued at the jam because these people are kiasu-ed by 78cents.

I innocently finished work at 6pm. And it had to rain so heavily, so, I stayed in the office, did my claims and everything, it was only 8pm. Lisa and I decided to go have a drink cos we didn’t wanna get caught in the jam, so we went to the mamak below our office, we chatted until 10pm, and guess what? After that it was still bloody jam.

Man, yeah, I know, in another 15 mins, the price of the petrol per litre would be RM2.70. But hey, if you so happen to have an empty tank, I don’t blame you… but I don’t think 80% of the Klang Valley population so happen to have an empty tank too?

The answer is, no. Cuz’ when I reached home, I saw my opposite neighbour had his car engine started up, and I heard the kids shouting to him if he wants to on the air-cond too, plus, I saw him rev the car a few times.

My only guess is… he wants to WASTE MORE PRECIOUS PETROL SO THAT HE COULD PUMP MORE PETROL LATER.

OMFG. How stupid can a person get? You’re wasting RM1.92/litre fuel JUST TO PUMP MORE RM1.92/LITRE FUEL?????

I really really don’t know what to say. I only can say… thank God I’m me. I may not be very very smart, but at least I made use of my brains.

Oh I heard they gonna hike up the price for electricity too.. I wonder if my neighbour would have all the lights in the house on before the price is hiked up…
